About Us

Bigberry Farm is a small livery yard in Chartham Hatch, nr Canterbury, Kent. Set in 55 acres, the yard consists of 12 large, airy stables. We also have a Cross Country course of over 40 obstacles winding for 5 miles through stunning woodland, suitable for experienced eventers or simply a lovely hack! 

At Bigberry we pride ourselves in offering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both horse and rider. The yard is in a quiet and peaceful area, allowing the horses to relax. There are no footpaths and dogs are not allowed on the site, meaning the horses are not disturbed by anything other than us! Individual or small group turnout is available all year round, with natural shelter from trees and hedge rows. 

 

Bigberry Farm was purchased by the Knibbs family in December 2012.
